Fellowship | A Strong Foundation for Leadership
Toigo’s work starts with young professionals, just as they begin their graduate business studies. We select top minority MBA candidates passionate about pursuing careers in finance—all with a proven commitment to giveback and driving change. We work closely with these Toigo MBA Fellows, provide them with mentoring and coaching resources as they navigate business school and launch their careers.
While our first class of Fellows started small—seven at Columbia Business School—today, our impact is widely felt. We’ve expanded our reach to more than 100+ Fellows attending MBA programs annually ranked within the top 25 in the country; the entire Toigo Alumni network of Fellows and Alumni totals 1,000+.
Toigo Fellows stand for excellence, ethical leadership and community. They develop close bonds and network with each other knowing that, as in any family, when one succeeds all prosper. Each benefit from the direct support Toigo delivers as well as the Foundation’s extended community. Programs providing focused leadership training, mentoring and job placement services help deepen each Fellows credentials and character. Post-graduation, Toigo Fellows enter the workforce focused and ready to add value to the organizations they join and to forward the Toigo brand.
Today, 95% of Toigo Alumni are employed across various sectors of finance—from investment management and banking to real estate, private equity, venture capital, investment consulting, corporate treasury and public sector finance and allied industries in finance related positions. They work at all levels, from analysts to business owners, CIOs to CFOs.
