Fellowship Experience
Your leadership development experience starts well before you venture onto campus—and extends well into your career as a leader. Take a look:
Grow as a Leader
Catapult | Catapult attendance is the final step in our selection process. Attendance is mandatory for all Fellowship finalists. Build bonds, share experiences, surround yourself with knowledge and learn from Toigo’s unmatched finance industry network. Alumni attend providing a firsthand perspective. Assess your skills early to catapult your entry into business school.
Quant Camp*Technical and quantitative sk ills are more than just modeling—it’s turning the data into a story your audience can understand. No quant experience? You’re at the right place.
The Fellowship
Instantly, you’re one email, text or call into 1,600 Toigo Alumni and the broader Toigo network. Career advice, introductions, and more—it’s trusted, direct access that can move you further, faster.
APEx Leadership. The leadership platform introduced in 2003 continues to offer a deep dive into the leadership skills critical to advance your career. Through assessment and exploration into what matters most, APEx (Advancing Professional Excellence) presents a setting for you to engage with peers and Alumni on topics which differentiate you as a candidate in the interview process while helping you manage relationships and career navigation.
Career Coaching. We’ll work with you one-on-one to identify firms, prep for interviews, whether it’s your first internship or your first full-time finance position.
Extend Your Leadership
The power of the network grows exponentially once you graduate. You’ll benefit from a life-long connection to Toigo—networking, career counseling, introductions, recognition, leadership events and more.
As a member of the Toigo Alum you can benefit from our program offerings geared to post graduate professionals, and other initiatives that we host.
Coupled with the benefits of Fellowship are some responsibilities. We believe strongly in a “pay it forward” philosophy, in helping future Fellows as they launch their careers just as Toigo Alumni and others will be supporting you. Our “Toigo Gives” credo also translates into class projects that drive teamwork and community giveback.
“It truly was one of the most influential professional experiences that I have had in my career. I have spent a lot time preparing for summer fellowship programs in banking and the event greatly enhanced my preparation.”
– Seun Akinboboye, Toigo Fellow
* As a Fellowship Finalist, your attendance at Quant Camp is included in your Catapult registration fee.
