GroundBreakers : Women In Leadership is a two-day event designed to foster connections, education and promotion of career advancement of
women leaders of today—and tomorrow.

Toigo’s commitment to foster the development of new women leaders is absolute. We’re hosting GroundBreakers with an engaging agenda of business sessions, mentoring and networking to provide a unique experience not typical of traditional finance and women’s conferences.
Senior and mid-career women finance professionals (with 5+ years experience post-MBA) in both the private and public sector are invited to attend GroundBreakers. This includes women working in the finance sector, as well as women in corporate finance roles at Fortune 500 corporations.
GroundBreakers will provide participants with a forum for exploring and fine-tuning career goals, paths for advancement and leadership excellence. Panels will provide insights for breaking through to capital, to new ways of thinking about your career, and to new leadership heights. Emphasis on mentoring, personal branding and ongoing knowledge will be presented through workshop lectures, simulated sessions and networking. Toigo is working with a prestigious group of senior finance professionals—Pioneers for Progress—to shape the agenda.
