Jane Hyun

Jane Hyun | President and Founder, Hyun & Associates

Jane Hyun, President and Founder of Hyun & Associates, is an executive coach, trainer, and leadership strategist to Fortune 500 companies, top MBA programs, and non-profit organizations. Her expertise on cultural values and their impact on workplace interactions (particularly in the area of talent management of Asians) has been widely sought out by organizations. Her leadership coaching programs have garnered praise from companies in the U.S. and in key global markets. In addition to coaching professionals to maximize their potential and advance their careers, she advises senior management teams and diversity councils on building effective multicultural teams and the critical role of the global talent pipeline.

Previously, she was a Vice President of Human Resources at JP Morgan, and Director of Recruiting at Deloitte & Touche and Resources Connection.

A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Economics and International Studies, she is active with the Cornell Women's Alumnae Council. She serves as advisor to the Hidden Brain Drain Task Force/Center for Work Life Policy, creators of recent Harvard Business Review studies "Leadership in Your Midst: Tapping the Hidden Strengths of Minority Executives" and "The Athena Factor: Women in Science, Engineering, and Technology" and "Off-Ramps and On-Ramps for Women" She is an Advisor to the Johnnetta B. Cole Diversity and Inclusion Institute and the Corporate Advisory of Ascend.

Her work has received international recognition, and she has appeared on CNN, CNBC, NPR, Time, Fortune, and Crains. She is the author of the groundbreaking book, "Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling." Jane lives in New York City with her family.
