Pamela Puryear, MBA, Ph.D | President, Claritas Consulting Group
Pamela Puryear founded Claritas Consulting Group with the goal of providing blue-chip corporations and non-profits with access to an array of organization development services grounded in sound organizational management thinking and focused business metrics. Too often, organizations embark on organization development initiatives without linking the efforts directly to real business outcomes. With a Ph.D and MBA Pamela ensures clients manage their talent capital and business capital in an integrated way.
Pamela brings over 20 years of professional experience to Claritas Consulting Group. Clients benefit from her unique combination of corporate experience and learning, as well as non-profit management expertise. Prior to launching a private consulting practice more than a decade ago, Pam spent ten years in the real estate investment management industry, most recently as Vice President, Portfolio Manager at pension fund real estate advisor AMB Institutional Realty Advisors. In that post, she was responsible for investment and management decisions for a $250 million private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

Pamela is a member of the Affiliate Faculty of the Oliver Wyman Delta Organization & Leadership Executive Learning Center. She is also a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA), the Organizational Development Network and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Pamela received her BA in psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Yale University and her MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business. She also holds a Ph.D in Organizational Psychology. Claritas Consulting Group is a California-based women and minority owned firm.
