Erika Irish Brown | Senior Career Coach
Serving as a career coach to Toigo Alumni, Erika brings over 18 years of financial services experience in both the public and private sectors at organizations including Lehman Brothers, the U.S. Treasury and Morgan Stanley. She served as Vice President and Head of Business Development at Black Entertainment Television (BET) prior to serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Diversity Lateral Recruiting at Lehman Brothers where she established a strategic, diversity branding, coaching, recruiting and retention initiative for experienced hires firmwide.
Erika received her MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a BS in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
She is currently a member of the Obama-Biden Transition Team, Gubernatorial Appointee to the New Jersey State Investment Council, Vice-Chair of the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, and a Director of Global Kids.
