Toigo’s Career Services are such a vital component of the Toigo mission that the Foundation has dedicated a full time professional to managing the services delivered to Fellows, Alumni and the hiring community. We work tirelessly to address the interests and concerns of Fellows and Alumni navigating through critical stages in their careers.

For Donors, Toigo will help in the search for minority talent, offering invaluable insight on which Fellow or Alumnus/a may offer the right fit in terms of skill set, job personality, and job experience. We will make introductions, and, if desired, stay involved throughout the interview process, offering feedback and insights to interviewer and interviewee to facilitate a solid match.
