The Toigo Foundation's commitment to the highest ethical standards is absolute-and is evidenced in all that we do. Fostering an environment of integrity and accountability in all our interactions and programs is a cornerstone of the way we work and interact with our sponsors, partners, Alumni and Fellows.

Through active and responsible governance, the Foundation ensures its stakeholders of the exclusive and effective use of all assets for charitable purposes, and that the greatest percentage of funds raised - 74% - are utilized for programs that directly benefit key participants - our Fellows, Alumni and for industry outreach efforts.

We have built public trust and confidence through ongoing, open communication and full transparency of our financial operations. Our vigilant and disciplined efforts to quickly identify and address any potential conflict of interest ensures that we are able to protect both the life of the organization and our mission.
