The Toigo Foundation is supremely grateful to the many donors
who have generously supported our work over the past 18 years.
Our donors include leaders in the financial services industry
who believe that the Toigo Foundation is supplying the finance
industry with some of the brightest minority talent available.
Through its annual campaign, the Foundation has experienced
continual growth in the number of sponsoring firms. This can
be attributed to the caliber of Toigo Fellows,
whose outstanding academic and work achievements enable sponsoring
firms to readily access a uniquely qualified pool of capable
and talented future leaders. As well, many of the sponsoring
firms maintain long-term relationships with the Foundation,
increasing their financial contributions over the years and
supporting the Foundation by hosting receptions and providing
significant program underwriting.
In addition to contributions from corporations, endowments,
and foundations, individual donors have become an increasingly
important part of continuing the Foundation's activities.
The Toigo Foundation has a solid reputation within the investment
community for staying true to our mission to build tomorrow's
business leaders, and individual members of this community
have responded with their own personal annual contributions.
The Toigo Foundation's mission appeals to a broad array of
individuals who believe in any number of socially relevant
issues: diversity, education, leadership, community reinvestment
and advancing career opportunities for some of the nation's
top minority talent. We follow principles that allow us
to select and develop individuals with strong
core values, which are fundamental to success, as Toigo Fellows. Individual giving
to the Foundation grows each year, becoming an engine that
drives our ability to expand the number of services and programs
we are able to offer to Fellows, Alumni and the industry as
a whole.
