What We Do

Advancing the Next Generation of Finance Leaders

Toigo's programs and services span the full spectrum of a finance career, from outreach to college students as they plan their careers to MBA graduates as they launch their careers and mature as industry leaders. Our origins are in Fellowship, with our services expanding to include Career Management and Leadership/Professional Development services for the growing Toigo network of minority professionals. The Foundation also recognizes the importance of engaging in active dialogue with its industry partners to provide insight, counsel and support toward the mission of inclusion and leadership. Toigo also recognizes its responsibility to help attract more youth to the field-and as part of those efforts has programs that reach college students as they begin to explore career opportunities.

Toigo also helps to bring perspectives of minority professionals to the forefront in an effort to identify and help both the industry and individuals overcome obstacles to success.
